Earth Tech is a six-month accelerator for those working on climate or water technology solutions that will positively impact communities and ecosystems across Canada. Earth Tech helps startups and nonprofit social enterprises validate their solutions and business models, advance their technologies, raise funding, and create meaningful impact. Running each year from 2020–2022, Earth Tech will support up to 55 enterprises advancing climate and water solutions.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be:

  • early-stage Canadian startups;
  • nonprofit social enterprises;
  • developing technologies that addresses a range of climate change or water outcomes;
  • pre-Series A, Validation or Efficiency-stage ventures with Technology Readiness level 3 or higher.

Applications for the 2023 cohort opened on 10/8/2022. Selected applicants are invited to pitch online in November. Cohort is selected by early December. The program kicks off in early January 2023 online, across Canada, and offers ongoing mentorship, learning, and peer support throughout the 6 months.
