ELLA Ascend is a 5-month accelerator program designed for women entrepreneurs to scale their business at a fast-tracked pace.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

  • be women entrepreneurs with at least 50% ownership of a registered business, non-profit or social enterprise, and working full-time on their venture;
  • have a minimum annual revenue of $50,000 and paying customers;
  • have a business located in Southern Ontario (between Ottawa and Windsor);
  • be open to change, looking to step out of their comfort zone and are willing to give back to the ELLA Community with their own strengths and insight; and
  • commit fully to the requirements of a 5-month accelerator program.
