Pow Wow Pitch – Pitch Competition

Pow Wow Pitch is a pitch competition for Indigenous entrepreneurs across Turtle Island to shine the spotlight on pow wow vendors, artists, business builders and innovators from all backgrounds and industries, whether just starting or looking to grow to the next level.

Comments on Funding:

Finalists will compete for the total cash prizes of $50,000.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

  • be Indigenous entrepreneurs, including:
    a) pow wow vendors;
    b) artists;
    c) business builders;
    d) innovators from all backgrounds and industries;
    e) starting or looking to grow to the next level;
  • reside in Turtle Island.

Other Things to Note:

In 2022, more than 2,400 Indigenous entrepreneurs pitched their businesses online and live at powwows for a chance to win cash prizes ranging from $500 to $25,000 CAD.
