Through the Core Areas Waiver of Application Fees application fees for Minor Variances, Sign Permits and Sign Variances and Building Permits for properties that are located within the Core areas may be waived.

Comments on Funding:

Minor Variances, Sign Permits and Sign Variances and Building Permits fees may be waived.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

  • be property owners in Cambridge’s core areas as defined in the Official Plan (Galt City Centre, Preston Towne Centre, Hespeler Village);
  • have mixed used, commercial and high density housing (not applicable for single detached homes).
