The Economic Development Division provides an Employment Land Development Charge Reduction for new buildings or additions on properties within specific designated employment lands, such as the Boxwood Business Campus.
Comments on Funding:
The Employment Land Development Charge Reduction permits exemption of development charges up to 50% of the existing floor area for the enlargement/ additions of certain existing industrial buildings.
