1. The Government of Ontario Funds the Next Generation Network Program (NGNP). As a part of the NGNP the CENGN Residential Broadband Program provides up to $500,000 of funding to each Broadband project.
2. CENGN is the organization entrusted to deliver NGNP and the CENGN Residential Broadband Program.

The Next Generation Network Program (NGNP) fosters industry collaboration, provides access to ultra-high-speed network connectivity, and supports innovation in information and communications technology (ICT) for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within Ontario. The NGNP connects CENGN’s digital infrastructure to innovation hubs across Ontario, allowing SMEs, start-ups and researchers unprecedented access to a state-of-the-art, multi-vendor, open-platform testbed and services to validate innovative products and solutions. This enables the NGNP to assist over 150 Ontario businesses in commercializing their solutions on a global scale.
