Description:

The purpose of the LeapIN Business Accelerator is to provide a supportive, hands-on environment for entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level.

Comments on Funding:

Funding is up to $5,000 which will be given in installments upon completion of specific milestones. To receive funding, participants will be expected to attend 90% of the workshops and document their learning. Funds can be used to pay yourself and employees, access services, or pay for product development.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

  • be Fanshawe students and alumni;
  • be eligible to work in Canada.;
  • be beyond the idea stage with their business concept (have conducted research and are now in the planning stage);
  • have a reliable internet connection and device to participate.

Check their website for updates about the 2022 program. The 2021 program was delivered virtually from May 4th until July 22, 2021.
