Ontario Arts Council – Touring Projects
Description:
The Touring Projects program supports Ontario-based professional artists/curators, ad hoc groups/collectives and arts organizations to tour performances, exhibitions, screenings and readings for public audiences within Ontario, nationally and internationally. The work(s) being toured must be created and performed by professional artists.
Comments on Funding:
Funding is a grant of:
- up to a maximum of $30,000 for Category 1 – Tour (minimum 3 stops);
- a minimum $30,001 up to a maximum of $75,000,000 for Category 2 – Large-Scale Tour (minimum 3 stops);
- up to a maximum of $30,000 for Category 3 – Tour to a Significant Public Arts Festival/Event.

Applicants must complete and submit an application in Nova, OAC’s online grant application system. They will be able to do this approximately two months before the deadline.

- project budget;
- artistic examples: It is mandatory to include two artistic examples;
- supporting documents.
