TAF Grants (2022)
Description:
TAF provides grants to charities, not-for-profit organizations, and municipalities in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) for projects that have the potential to significantly reduce carbon emissions an air pollution in the region. TAF grants focus on the two biggest sectors for carbon emissions: the building sector and the transportation sector and cover a wide range of activities, from technology demonstration to collective impact and policy advancement.
Comments on Funding:
Grants can be used to fund all project-related costs, including project evaluation and third-party advisory services. Funding can also be used to offset operating costs and a portion of administrative costs directly linked to a TAF-funded project.
