Type of Program:
Bioenterprise is participating in a program funded by the Government of Canada to provide non-repayable seed financing, coaching, and mentorship to assist start-ups and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the agriculture and agri-food sectors, as well as sustainable and environmental technologies, to grow through generation of revenue and attraction of follow-on private investment.
Comments on Funding:
Funding is $30,000 in seed money, which needs to be matched by the recipient enterprise.
When It Ends:
2020 dates to be announced.
Startup businesses in the agriculture/agri-food, sustainable or environmental technology sectors.
Applicants must first complete a Letter of Intent.

Bioenterprise Corporation Canada is partially funded by the Government of Canada, through the National Research Council, the Government of Ontario, FedDev Ontario, Innovacorp and the Canadian Agricultural partnership.
