Applicants must be early-stage Canadian companies with the potential to transform global industries and that are operating in deep tech verticals such as:

  • quantum information sciences;
  • photonics;
  • electronics;
  • foundational artificial intelligence;
  • related sectors (advanced materials, robotics, etc.).
