  • technology companies based in Canada;
  • pre-seed to seed-stage companies;
  • focused on Mobile, Data & Analytics, and the Internet-of-Things;
  • capital-efficient business models and large addressable market opportunities;
  • a committed and experienced team.

Owning intellectual property is a plus.
