Description:

YEDI VC Fund provides funding to entrepreneurs (for-profit and not-for-profit businesses, including startups) upon completion of one of EDI's programs. The Fund acts as an intermediary step between the development/commercialization process and later stage investment to help achieve the necessary milestones for the next levels of investment. The Fund’s exit occurs once the venture has reached the necessary milestones and receives follow-on investment.

Applicants must:

  • be graduates of the YEDI Incubator or International Program and/or residents of YEDI’s Business Acceleration Campuses,
  • be entrepreneurs with for-profit businesses.

Applicants have the opportunity to showcase and pitch their projects at the exclusive Venture Fair for a chance to receive funding.

  • Submit a Letter of intent from a follow-on investor
  • Complete the EDI due diligence.
