  • Funding will take the form of subordinated debt (subdebt).
  • Subdebt is a highly customizable financing solution based on the strength of the financed business and can be structured to fit different types of security, repayment terms, and debt servicing capacity.
  • Security is generally subordinated to that of a senior lender.
  • Terms may include amortization of up to 8 years and interest payments that match the timing of your company’s cash flow.

Other Things to Note:

The AVRIO Subdept webpage redirects you to the Forage Capital Partners website when pressing the "Team" and "Contact" tabs. Furthermore, the Forage Capital Partners has now a "Subdebt" tab with the same information as the Avrio Subdebt webpage.
I found a mention in The Saskatchewan Gazette that "Avrio Subordinated Debt General Partner III Ltd. changed name to Forage Subordinated Debt General Partner III Ltd. on Sept. 15, 2021".(The Saskatchewan Gazette, pag. 21, check here).

The Saskatchewan Gazette is published weekly in three parts:
- Part I contains official government notices, orders in council, and those private notices required to be published by statute.
- Parts II and III contain the official versions of regulations as enacted.
