Description:

The Northeastern Ontario Youth Internship Program (NEOYIP) provides businesses that hire post-secondary graduates up to 50% (to a maximum of $31,500) for the eligible costs of salary, employee benefit expenses, professional/ business skills development and associated travel costs for a period of 12 months in a full-time position.

Eligibility:

Applicant must:

  • be businesses in the CDC’s service area which extends from Montreal River to the North, Laird Township to the East and Prince Township to the West;
  • be looking to undertake a project related to innovation, digital economy or trade;
  • hire a youth intern.

Interns must be post-secondary graduates.
