1. Be 18 years of age or older
2. Be operating your business from Ottawa, Ontario
3. Be Ontario resident and Canadian citizen (or permanent resident)
4. Not attending school full-time or returning to school
5. Have company that is an early-stage product or service-based business
6. not enrolled in a provincial or government-funded employment, self-employment program or entrepreneurship training program (with/without financial assistance).
