Description:

The Indigenous Entrepreneur Loan provides up to $350,000 to indigenous entrepreneurs to grow or scale their businesses.

Comments on Funding:

Financing is up to $350,000 and starts at $100,000. Flexible repayment terms are offered, and no processing or annual administration fees are requested.
BDC will also give back part of the interest paid on the loan to a registered charity of the applicant’s choice.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

  • be Indigenous Entrepreneurs;
  • be Canadian citizens or permanent residents;
  • have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which they live;
  • have a business that has been in operations for at least 24 months.
